Exhibitor registration is in a separate registration portal. The main contact for your exhibit space will receive an email with a link to register your team. If you have any questions or need your company’s registration link, please contact Catherine Griffith – cgriffith@accessintel.com
Signing up for a booth does not automatically register you or your team for CLEAN GULF. Please be sure to register your staff online before arriving onsite to CLEAN GULF. Each exhibitor receives unlimited booth staff + the option to upgrade to the full conference at the heavily discounted rate of $399.
PAYMENT INFORMATION: Full payment must be received prior to the event. If you have any questions please email register@cleangulf.org or call (301) 354-2101.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: The cancellation deadline is August 23, 2024. Cancellations must be made in writing by August 23, 2024 to receive a refund, minus a cancellation fee of $299. Registrants who do not cancel prior to August 23, 2024 will be liable for the full registration fee. Non-payment or failure to show up onsite does not constitute cancellation and said registrants are not entitled to a credit or refund of any kind. If for any reason Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this conference, Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by the clients. Refunds due to registrant error will be charged a $199 processing fee. Discounts will not be applied to current registrations. No refunds will be granted after August 23, 2024.
SUBSTITUTIONS: Substitutions can be made to transfer a registration to another individual. Notice of substitution must be made in writing and sent to register@cleangulf.org
AGE POLICY: No one under the age of 18 is permitted to register, attend, or join at any time under any circumstance during CLEAN GULF. There are no exceptions.
